Meet Natalie
Founder of Wild Rise Pizza Co. Food blogger and cookbook author in Meridian, Idaho.
Pizza night, made easier
Natalie Perry is a food blogger, mom of 4, and entrepreneur in Meridian, Idaho. She started Wild Rise with her two teenage daughters because she loves making great pizza at home and wanted to take the work out of getting started with sourdough.
The goal is an elevated homemade pizza-making experience. The dough ferments slowly, the sauces are made from scratch, and each kit is built so a regular home oven can do the rest, leaving you the best part: everyone gathered around the table.
Natalie also writes Perry’s Plate, her food blog focused on healthy recipes. She was a paleo blogger in the past, so many of her recipes are dairy-free and gluten-free. She also authored two cookbooks, The Big Book of Paleo Slow Cooking (2017) and The Big Book of Paleo Pressure Cooking (2018), and worked as a contributor for Pioneer Woman (Ree Drummond) platforms for 10 years.
Sharing nourishing recipes on Perry’s Plate and helping people feel more confident in the kitchen has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her life.
